Didi Mini Mk3
« on: February 22, 2010, 19:20:52 PM »
Hi all,

I was just wondering what people thought of the revised Didi Mini for Dudley Dix Design.

It can be seen here http://dixdesign.com/didiminiMk3.htm.

Looks a bit more up to date. How will it compare to the MINI CP? I suppose it now gives more choice to amatuer builders which is good.

Cheers

All good chances except:

~ Extended cabin roof, forming protected cuddy over front of cockpit

I with my size needs all the space the cockpit gives for sailhandling...

And you spend all that time building it, and then that ugy but easy to build cabintop....

Look at the results, there has been a few ply wood ones seriously campainged, but latest 2 decades not in the top. Last one was 265 that did well.
