Dont they read the emails they get for some reason ? Who can I talk to ? Even A. does not react. Also requests on skype are not succsessfull.

Thank you,

OK, it was the TRANSAT so it was a hard time for the organisation, but is it serious enough when you spend 70 K and another 6 or 7 K anually on berths and travel expenses and repair-jobs and fees in one Mini-sailing season and you sail the whole season in the Atlantic and the winter in the Mediteranean and you drive 8 times a year 1.700 km back and forth from Germany to France  and you want to ask permits from the CM to go on your 1000 nm qualifier wether in the Atlantic or in the winter in the MED while you have a family to feed at home and some other jobs to do to earn the bucks to to the TS in 2009 or 2010 ? Some of my requests stayed unanswered. Sorry, but I answer at least 10 emails every single day ....

Andreas, first thing you learn is to organize.
Its tough, but at least the costs for the CM are small compared to Figaro and Imoca etc.
I think they want next yr one person more in the office though...

ANd why do you need permit to do Quali, you only have to notify them.
(and if you stop, let them know it... have been contact person for quali guys before, who forgot that :) )
Unless you want to do your own Quali trip outside the two mentioned in the rules.
(Handy if you live a curtain distance from the area... but that takes time...)

Any more questions ? More then happy to try to help....
